The saree is characterized by full cotton body while the border and palla are silk. These sarees are apt to wear for festive occasions, puja functions and other little formal functions. The designs of the saree are inspired from temples and local architecture of religious places like temples. The lovely silver or gold zari on the border, palla and at times buttis on the body are noteworthy and can not be missed.
