Handwoven on traditional looms by weavers in West Bengal using 100% cotton yarn. The fabric is lightweight, breathable, and naturally soft against the skin — ideal for India's warm and humid climate, and suited for both daily wear and semi-formal occasions.
Bengal cotton sarees are known for their fine, dense weave, made possible by the traditional pit-loom techniques of Bengal's weaving clusters. The fabric drapes close to the body, doesn't crease easily, and gets softer with every wash — making it a practical choice for everyday elegance.
Pair with a solid or contrast-colour blouse in purple, maroon, or cream to pick up the border colours. Minimal gold or oxidised silver jewellery and a bindi complete an easy, everyday South Asian look.
